McGuinness & Associates engages in a large variety of general litigation matters throughout California, including Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Oakland and the Inland Empire. In addition to its California litigation, this firm manages a national litigation program for a Fortune 500 company. Our firm has developed a network of local counsel in each of the program states to successfully operate and manage this litigation. With assistance from these local counsel, our firm actively litigates nationally.

The firm’s standard fee structure is based on published hourly rates. Contingency fee agreements and/or mixed fee agreements (hourly and contingency components) along with flat fees and task based billing are available in appropriate circumstances.
